Need to cancel your reservation?

Simply follow the instructions given in the automated email you received when you registered. Misplaced the original email message? Contact us for a copy of the instructions.

Once you have cancelled on the system, you are eligible to sign up for an event on an alternative evening.

Cancellation deadline:please do not cancel less than 24 hours before the event starts. To provide an optimal experience for all participants, the speed-date will not run unless sufficient people sign up. Having a cancellation deadline means your place can potentially be used by another person. We appreciate your cooperation.

On the day:if you need to cancel on the day of the event itself (e.g. because you are unwell) please email the Speed Date Team as early as possible.

If you are in any way unsure about participating... please try to be fair to the other participants, and to us, by cancelling before the day of the event!
